On the Magellan login screen, click "Forgot Password" and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes.

How do I connect my IDX feed?

Navigate to Settings → Integrations → IDX and follow the connection wizard. If you need your IDXBroker credentials, contact your brokerage admin.

Can I import my existing contacts?

Yes — go to Contacts → Import and upload a CSV file. We support standard CRM export formats including Follow Up Boss, LionDesk, and kvCORE.

How do I cancel or change my subscription?
